Lite-On intros new EZ-DUB optical drive
The EZ-DUB optical drive from Philips & Lite-On Digital solutions is recognized as one of the “quickest and easiest way to copy CD and DVDs as well as archiving document files from the computer for safe keeping”, so the news that the next generation is on the way will be good news to many.
The new optical drive is ideal for anyone who needs to backup their important data such as photos, music, graphics and document files.
Two features differentiate the new DX-20A4PU EZ-DUB from other DVD writers in the market, and they are both touch sensitive buttons on the top of the unit. Named DUB and FILE they are as you would guess, shortcuts to the most commonly used features on most optical drives. For added value they glow neon blue when operating!
‘Gimmicks’ aside the real joy of the EZ-DUB is the ease of use and simplicity it brings to making duplicate discs of backing up files. Features include:
- High capacity / performance re-writable DVD Dual (+/-) format drive offers up to 8.5GB in Double-Layer capacity
- 20X DVD write speed
- Power-switch in the rear of the drive
- Drive can be mounted vertically to conserve space
