Asus Eee PC to be available in more colors than black & white

Asus doesn’t think 2 colors are enough and that people wanted the Asus Eee 2G PC’s in more colors, so they announced today that starting next year they will be coming in 5 different colors. The 5 new colors come with weird/funny names, and they are Pure White, Lush Green, Sky Blue, Blush Pink and Galaxy Black.

These are the cheaper, $299 laptops and not the same ones that started selling last week. The Eee PC that began selling last week was the 4G PC which is only available in black or white. No word on whether the 4G PC will be coming in the new colors.

To recap, the Asus Eee 2G PC will be available in new colors such as Pure White, Lush Green, Sky Blue, Blush Pink, or Galaxy Black, and they will start shipping sometime early next year.
